You’ll still get the silky smooth taste of coconut while avoiding all animal products when you try our vegan coconut gelato. We make our Tulum’s Coconut flavor much like we create our non-vegan gelato except we replace the dairy ingredients we typically would use with coconut milk.
Enhancing the flavor further of this vegan coconut ice cream are the crispy coconut flakes sprinkled atop that gives you the glorious contrast of creamy and crunchy in every bite. Whether you like to keep your flakes on top of your gelato or mix it in, you’ll enjoy our vegan coconut gelato experience.
One customer describes this flavor as: “Creamy and rich vegan coconut, based on coconut milk and crunchy roasted coconut flakes, would take you straight to Mexican paradise.”
Even though gelato is Italian, Bambina Blue takes inspiration from many cultures. That’s why our vegan coconut ice cream is named Tulum’s Coconut, as homage to the walled Mayan city in Mexico with the same name. Located 80 miles south of Cancun, the Tulum Mayan Ruins are one of the most naturally beautiful sights in the world located on cliffs along the Yucatán Peninsula that overlook the Caribbean Sea.
Tourists flock to the Tulum Mayan Ruins to see structures including the Temple of the Descending God, El Castillo and the Temple of the Frescoes.
This is similar to how many a vegan flocks to Bambina Blue in Nolita NYC to get a taste of Tulum’s Coconut gelato!
